Yes. We can make your song in Japanese or English, and we’re happy to talk with you in either language. If you’d like, we’ll include a translation of the lyrics (Japanese ⇄ English) at no extra cost. This service is for customers in Japan.

No lyrics needed. Just tell us your memories and what you want to say, in your everyday words. We’ll decide the style and voice together. This service doesn’t assume you’ll sing.

Our team writes the lyrics and music based on the stories and feelings you share. We use AI tools for part of the process, but our team checks and adjusts the word choices and the finished sound one by one. You’ll hear the first draft, and we’ll finish it together.

Yes. Share only what you know — the person, the occasion, the date. If you’ve already decided, tell us your plan and date. We send payment details only after confirming your wishes and the final delivery date.

Photos aren’t required. You can choose a design with colors or motifs. The QR card is L-size, portrait (8.9 × 12.7 cm). You can check the printed design before it’s printed.

Both plans include 3 free revisions. We’ll explain what’s covered before you pay. A complete change of direction after it’s been agreed is handled separately, with any extra cost and schedule agreed in advance.

Song-only orders include 3 revisions in total for lyrics and music. A set of requests counts as one, and corrections of our mistakes don’t count. Changing lyrics may also change the vocals or melody.

Before production starts, you can cancel for free and we’ll refund the full amount paid. We never start production from a consultation or quote alone.

If you cancel for your own reasons after production starts but before completion, we’ll deduct the reasonable cost of work already done and materials that can’t be returned or reused, and refund the rest. We’ll explain how this is calculated, and the upper limit, before you pay.

Once you’ve approved and received the finished work, we generally can’t accept returns or refunds for personal reasons. If there’s a problem with the audio, a printing error, damage, or anything that differs from what we agreed, we’ll fix, replace or redeliver it. See the Terms of Order for details.

We never post songs, photos or stories as examples or on social media without your permission. Trial-price feedback and permission to share the work are confirmed separately.

The dedicated playback page is available while the service runs, but we can’t guarantee it forever. You’ll also receive the finished song as MP3 and WAV files to keep on your own device.

If you plan to use it on social media, in videos, in a shop or on streaming services, please tell us before production. We’ll explain the scope of use before you order. This plan doesn’t guarantee an exclusive transfer of copyright.

Once you’re happy with the details, total and delivery date, we’ll send a Stripe card payment link. JCB isn’t accepted at the moment. Apple Pay and Google Pay may appear depending on your device and browser.

Song only: ¥7,800 (tax incl., one song). Includes a full-length song with vocals (about 2–5 minutes), MP3, WAV and lyric text, and 3 revisions in total for lyrics and style. Doesn’t include a playback page, QR code, printed gift, music video or live recording. No need to share feedback or let us publish the song.

No. When we contact you, we’ll confirm the details and price, and you’ll move on to payment only if you’re happy. It’s fine to stop there.

Everyone reacts differently, so we can’t promise. What we can promise is that we’ll put everything into a song made only for them, from your words and memories. You can listen before it’s finished and request up to 3 free revisions.
