Terms of Order & Seller Information
To help you order with confidence, here is how production and payment work. We will explain the details, total, final delivery date and applicable conditions for each order before you pay.
This English page is a translation for reference. If there is any difference, the Japanese version prevails.

Both gift plans include an original song and lyrics, a dedicated playback page and individual QR code, and MP3, WAV and lyric files.
“Give by hand” also includes a QR card, a tri-fold lyric letter and envelope, and shipping to one address in Japan. Add-ons for this plan are flowers and a gift box (+¥10,000) and a photo frame (+¥1,400). Any other extra costs will be quoted in advance. Please see each plan's description for what is included.
Trial price: We are currently accepting trial customers. Trial prices are ¥7,800 for “Send by link” and ¥11,800 for “Give by hand” (tax included). These prices are for customers willing to share honest feedback after completion. If we would like to publish your feedback, we will ask again. Spots are limited, so whether the trial price applies is confirmed when we contact you. Permission to publish the work, lyrics, story, names or photos is confirmed separately for each.
If you would like, we will include a Japanese or English translation of the lyrics at no extra cost.
Payment
After you have agreed to the details, total, final delivery date, and revision and cancellation conditions, you pay before production starts. We will send a Stripe payment link by email, LINE or Instagram DM, whichever you prefer. Sending the application form does not place an order or charge you.
We accept credit cards. JCB is not currently accepted. Apple Pay and Google Pay may appear in supported environments. Please check the payment screen for the methods available to you.
Production and delivery
As a guide, please apply at least 7 days before your gift date for “Send by link,” and 10 days before for “Give by hand.” These are not guaranteed completion or arrival dates. If you are in a hurry, please talk to us.
Once we have received payment and the answers we need, we will send the first draft in as little as 3 days, usually about 7 days. The first draft is not the final delivery.
The final delivery date is agreed for each order before payment. If the schedule needs to change because we are waiting for a reply or making revisions, we will explain why and discuss a new schedule with you. Production, shipping and arrival dates for printed items are communicated separately.
Revisions
Both gift plans include 3 free revisions. We will explain the scope of revisions before you pay. A complete change after the direction is agreed is handled separately from regular revisions, with any extra cost and schedule agreed in advance.
Song-only orders include 3 revisions in total for lyrics and music. A set of requests counts as one revision, and corrections of our mistakes do not count. Major changes of direction or additional revisions are quoted separately in advance. Changing lyrics may also change the vocals or melody.
Cancellation and refunds
Before production starts
You can cancel for free, and we will refund the full amount paid. We never start production from a consultation or quote alone.
After production starts, before completion: cancellation for personal reasons
We will deduct the reasonable cost of work already done and materials already arranged that cannot be returned or reused, and refund the rest. We will explain how this is calculated, and the upper limit, before you pay. The amount deducted never exceeds the order total, and does not include work that has not started, unused shipping, or materials that can be reused.
Delivered items after approval
Because each item is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds for personal reasons.
Defects or differences from what was agreed
If there is a problem with the audio, a printing error, damage, or anything that differs from what we agreed, we will fix, replace or redeliver it. If that cannot resolve the issue, we will discuss a refund or other options. If we are unable to provide the service for our own reasons, we will review the order terms and what has been provided to determine how to resolve the matter. This does not limit your rights under the law.
How we make songs and how you can use them
We use AI as part of creating the lyrics, musical style and vocals. Our team checks and adjusts the content and sound, and you review the first draft before we finish.
We never post your work, photos or stories as examples or on social media without permission. If you plan to use the song on social media, in videos, in a shop or on music streaming services, please tell us before production. We will explain the scope of use for your purpose. This plan does not guarantee an exclusive transfer of copyright.
The dedicated playback page is available while the service runs, but we cannot guarantee it forever. You will also receive the finished song as MP3 and WAV files to save on your own device.
